Shipping Policy

All shipping is done via USPS, by selection of the customer (ground/priority). Order processing is usually done in 24 hours, but can take up to 48 hours. In the event that orders are not able to be processed and ship in a time period longer than 48 hours, the website will switch over to "preorder", where a specific date of shipment for any orders will occur. Customers will receive USPS tracking number via email on all orders. Customers within lower 48 states and Puerto Rico usually receive shipments within 3-4 days for free shipping. Hawaii/Alaska free shipping has been 4-5 day.

Customer information will only be used for the means of delivering the products and contacting the customer, if necessary.
